Mechanical insulation

The core trade. Pipe, duct and equipment insulated to hold temperature and stop condensation.

If a mechanical system runs hot or cold, it is losing energy every hour it runs bare. We insulate the system so the temperature stays where the equipment put it, in commercial and industrial facilities across Alexandria and nearby.

What's included

  • Pipe runs, fittings and equipment
  • Ductwork and air systems
  • Boilers and mechanical systems
  • Condensation control on cold lines
  • Sealed and ready for jacketing

Boiler insulation

The heat stays in the boiler, not in the room.

A bare boiler bleeds heat into the plant room and puts a hot surface next to your people. Proper boiler insulation cuts that heat loss, holds a consistent temperature and brings surface temperatures down to something safer to work around.

What's included

  • Boiler bodies and hot surfaces
  • Heat loss reduction
  • Consistent temperature control
  • Cooler, safer surfaces

Cooling tower insulation

Specialized insulation for the tower and everything that feeds it.

Cooling towers live outside, work hard and sweat. We insulate the tower systems and their related components so the plant loses less energy, condensation stays under control and the equipment needs less maintenance over the years.

What's included

  • Cooling tower systems
  • Related components and piping
  • Condensation control
  • Steadier temperature regulation
Less energy loss Less maintenance

Cooler & chilled water

Cold lines sweat. We stop that before it stains and corrodes.

Chilled water lines, cooling equipment and refrigeration-related systems pull heat in and drip water out when they run bare. Our insulation keeps the heat gain out, the condensation off and the moisture away from the metal, so the line holds its temperature without rotting its supports.

What's included

  • Chilled water lines and coolers
  • Refrigeration-related systems
  • Heat gain and sweat prevention
  • Moisture and corrosion protection
Steady temperature No dripping lines

HVAC insulation

The whole air system insulated, from the unit to the last run of duct.

HVAC insulation is where comfort and the utility bill meet. We insulate the ductwork, the piping and the equipment so the system holds its temperature, stops sweating, spends less to run and lasts longer doing it.

What's included

  • HVAC ductwork and piping
  • Equipment and components
  • Temperature and condensation control
  • Lower operating costs
  • Longer equipment life
Indoor comfort System efficiency

Duct wrap

High-grade wrap around the duct. Quieter, tighter, drier.

We install quality duct wrap around commercial and industrial ductwork. It keeps the heat where it belongs in both directions, stops condensation from forming on the metal, knocks the noise down and protects the duct from moisture damage.

What's included

  • Commercial and industrial duct runs
  • Heat loss and heat gain control
  • Condensation prevention
  • Noise reduction
  • Moisture protection

How we work

Same four moves on every system, whether it is one boiler or a whole plant room. Twenty years of doing it in the same order is why the finish looks the way it does.

  1. 01

    Walk the site

We walk the plant room with you, measure the runs and scope the real work.

  2. 02

    Scope & materials

We spell out what each system needs and what it gets wrapped in. No surprises.

  3. 03

    Demo & prep

Old insulation comes out carefully, without shutting your operation down.

  4. 04

    Insulate, jacket, seal

Professional install, metal or PVC jacketing, and every seam sealed.

Grease duct insulation

Fire-rated wrap for kitchen exhaust. Built to the code, not around it.

A grease duct carries hot, flammable air through the building. We install fire-rated insulation on grease ducts, kitchen exhaust systems and commercial kitchen ventilation, controlling the heat transfer and supporting the safety and code requirements that apply to your kitchen.

What's included

  • Grease ducts and kitchen exhaust
  • Fire-rated insulation systems
  • Heat transfer control
  • Safety and code support

Metal, PVC & protective jacketing

The armor over the insulation. Fabricated to fit, installed to last.

This is the silver you see in our work. We fabricate and install custom protective jackets in metal, PVC and other specialized materials over the insulated system. The jacket takes the moisture, the weather, the corrosion and the knocks, so the insulation underneath keeps doing its job for years.

What's included

  • Custom metal and PVC jackets
  • Fabrication and installation
  • Moisture and weather protection
  • Corrosion and impact defense
  • Clean, secure, durable finish

Heat trace

For lines that cannot afford to freeze or drift.

Some piping has to hold its temperature no matter what the weather does. We provide heat tracing for piping and mechanical systems that need temperature maintenance or freeze protection, and we pair it with the right insulation so the heat it adds stays on the line.

What's included

  • Freeze protection for piping
  • Temperature maintenance
  • Paired with the right insulation

Wall insulation

The building envelope, handled by the same crew as the systems inside it.

We provide wall insulation for commercial and industrial facilities. If the walls are part of your scope, they go on the same board as the mechanical work, with one crew responsible for the whole picture.

What's included

  • Commercial and industrial facilities
  • One crew for envelope and systems

Demolition & installation

Old system out, new system in, and the building keeps running.

Replacing insulation starts with taking the old system off without hurting what is under it. We carefully remove existing insulation and components with minimal disruption to the property or the business, then install the new materials with professional techniques built for durability and long-term value.

What's included

  • Careful removal of old insulation
  • Minimal disruption to operations
  • Professional installation of new systems
  • Durability and long-term value

What's inside the jacket

Every silver run you see in our work is a system, not a skin. The insulation does the thermal work. The vapor barrier keeps moisture out of it. The jacket takes the weather, the corrosion and the knocks, so the layers underneath keep performing.
